Not as bad as

A great day’s cricket for New Zealand yesterday. 182 runs for 1 wicket, and moving into credit.

Suddenly the hyperbole has shifted from New Zealand being a minnow to NZ about to humiliate Australia.

A more moderate and realistic assessment will see the game over, lost, by lunch. Not the best result, but I will be quite happy that we didn’t go down by an innings to a score of 459.

    Very unlucky though, I thought there was more in it for the Black caps. More rain for instance :P
    Without Tuffey now one does not really dare think of the next round.
